Obtaining Your PF Account Number and Checking Account Status Online

Previously, I worked at Great Rate Stocks & Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. Despite repeated requests, I was never informed of my PF Account Number. The company has closed its operations since 2011. I tried my best to contact them but failed. Can you please guide me on how I can obtain my PF Account Number so that I can check the status of my account online?
