PF Account Number Required

Previously I worked in Great Rate Stocks & Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. Despite of repeated request, I was never informed my PF Account Number. Even the company has closed its operation since 2011. I tried my best to contact them but failed. Can you please guide me how can I get my PF Account Number so that I can check the status of my account online?
