How Do I Adjust My Salary Breakup Now That My Company Is Introducing PF Deductions?

I have a doubt. Till now, my company was not having PF, and only PT was getting deducted. But now they want me to start with PF. How will I do the salary breakup as there are no other deductions done? Kindly help me with a solution.

Total number of employees is 35 or more, and currently, we have been showing Nil returns for PF. However, we now intend to apply for PF. The entire salary has been reflected as basic up to this point.

How can you show a nil return on PF if you have not applied for PF?
