Can an operations manager sign the experience letter? If not, who are the authorized persons to sign the experience letter?

Thank you.

As mentioned by the above members, any authorized person can sign the experience letter; there is no law banning the signature of operational managers in the experience letter. Furthermore, I would like to inform you that if the experience letter is on the company letterhead with an authorized signature and stamp along with his/her designation, it does not make any difference.
