Can Operation Manager Sign The Experience Letter?

Can operation manager sign the experience letter. If no who all are the authorized person to sign the experience letter

any person can sign on behalf of employer, provided he is authorized to do so

Normally the appointing authority only shall issue the experience letter in absence Head of the department or unit.

Operation Manager can sign an experience letter if they are authorized to do that.

As mentioned by above members any Authorized person can sign the Experience Letter, there is no law banning signature of operational managers in experience letter. Furthermore would like to inform that if the experience letter is on the company letter head with Authorized signature and stamp alongwith his/her designation does not make any difference.
