I am working as a senior HR Executive at a company in Delhi.I wanted to know some of the recruitment tips for better talent hiring as well as some free recruitment sites where i could get candidates free of cost.

The best free sources you can get candidates are LinkedIn and Facebook. Make use of your network and these social networks' features (for instance: post jobs on your profile and suitable professional groups on Facebook, source candidates with Facebook and LinkedIn search, etc).
