Can anyone please tell me the procedure for getting EPF Pension?

Two besic criteria
1) employee has been contributory for 10 years of service
2) have been retired and is 58+ of age
if both are confirmed then file form 10D, EPFO will issue PPO and monthly pension will start

when should i file form 10D, AFTER AGE OF 58, OR CAN FILE BEFORE IT

after getting retired the employee is eligible to submit claim form 10D
remember that retirement comes AFTER 58 yrs of age as per EPFO

Now It's clear that if one fulfil twin condition i.e 10 yrs contribution & age of 58 yrs and above entitled for PF pension.
But what if one employee expired before completing 10 years of contribution during the employment .
Whether one employee entitled for EPF pension , if expired during employment without fulfilling two condition ?
Whether employee covered by any insurance plan of EPF ?
What is the status of epf pension fund,if employee expired without completing 10 years ?

if the employee is deceased then question of pension does not arise
for deceased employees there are diff treatment under EPFO
