How I M Update Family Detail In Esic?

How I m update family detail in esic (by import option) if any one know about this thing please share hope! its help full for everyone.& plz attache format file.

Can you please confirm if the ESI wage ceiling from 15K to 21K is approved? Also please provide with amended act/circular letter. My boss want the amended act/letter. And I am unable to find it out.
Does ESIC send a letter to the registered e-mail of employer? Or a hard copy of the circular by post/courier?

employer can update the family details by edit employee details in their portal login
employee can update the details by login here http://www.esic.in/EmployeePortal/login.aspx
