Once the request is submitted for change of constitution, after verification of document EPFO allow the applicant to REVISE the form 5A, put the new PAN Details and submit, in two or three days , they approve, then print the same and submit.

Under ESIC, modify etablishment details, everything including PAN is changeable, however the applicant has to take print out and submit with documents to Regional office, to get the change executed.
