I have a small doubt. I want to generate a UAN number without employer support. While doing this process, I came across this problem. Please tell me how to generate UAN numbers without employer confirmation for first-time employment or previous employment (as an individual employee on my own).

If you have a UAN number already, then from the employer's side, you can. But if the first-time employer has not accepted you as an employee on the EPF portal, then how can EPFO issue the same? However, if the Date of Joining is before 01/01/2014, then it is possible even without employer support. Please mention your DOJ here for the next reply.
