Write A Final Warning Letter To An Employee For His Unauthorized Absences

Dear All,

Please guide me to write a final warning letter to an employee for his unauthorized absences. He promised us and provided a statement saying that he will not repeat similar behaviors again. This is not the first incident, as in the initial occurrence, he also gave us a statement pledging not to repeat such behavior. Unfortunately, he repeated the same action for the second time. We provided him with a chance during the first instance but cannot do so this time.
