Minimum wages for Bihar State have been revised, effective 01.10.2016, due to escalation in respective V.D.A.'s. The revised wages are as follows:

For Hotels/Shops/Establishments:
- Unskilled: 209
- Semi-Skilled: 218
- Skilled: 266
- Highly Skilled: 323
- Clerical: 5995/month

For Cleaning & Housekeeping:
- Unskilled: 200
- Semi-Skilled: 209
- Skilled: 256
- Highly Skilled: 311
- Clerical: 5762/month
