Minimum Wages for a Unskilled worker is Rs. 350 per day as per instruction of Prime Minister ad is to be follow by State Govt also for Contract Labour as per the Notification given by Labour Minister , Central Govt. Long back.
But why State Govt is not following the Instruction of Central Govt Notification for hike in Minimum wages for a Contract Labour @ 40% i.e Rs. 350 per day to Unskilled Contract Labour.
