Admin Roles Which Comes Under HR Policies

HI.
I am new to this forum, so don't know much about the posting , but I have gone through the website and found people here are really helpful to each other.
So here is my query: I am looking for statutory compliance roles for office admin at senior level.
Can you please guide or help if I want to know more about these roles only for Admin position.
And what is best way to learn these roles in short span of time.

statutory compliance's are very important roles in an organization
without proper knowledge you can make a lot mistake .
in the compliance's if not proper then there should be punishment.
in rupees which can not be tolerate by any management.
