How To File A Case Against Employer In Labor Court [Thread 572339]

Hi I am Working in a Private Bank, I recently resigned & my notice period was 90 days (Negotiable); However I discussed with My TL/Supervisor & reduced it for 45 days as my new organization wanted me on board soon. I have a mail confirmation that my notice period has reduced by 45 days & also system record is showing the same. However when 1 week was left for my notice period, I have been informed by my TL that my notice period is again increased to 90 days since I am not performing. If they do so, I will loose my employment in the new organization. can I go to Labor court? can anyone suggest me what should I do?
