What happens if the date of exit of previous employment (as per UANPortal) does not match with the date of exit of previous employment mentioned in Form 11 (revised)?

Don't approve. Ask the employee to provide the exact Date of Leaving. Refer to their experience/relieving letter from the previous employer.
