Understanding the Impact of Uttar Pradesh's Revised Minimum Wages from Oct 2016 to March 2017

PFA notification for revised rated of Uttar Pradesh Minimum wages w.e.f. 1st Oct'2016 to March'2017.

I think this is incorrect notification because the date on the second page is mentioned as Sep 2016.

Please advise whether the minimum wages of Uttar Pradesh are correct or not?

Minimum wages in Uttar Pradesh have been revised and are valid until 31st March 2017 as follows:
- For Skilled: Rs. 8889.05
- For Semi-Skilled: Rs. 7935.53
- For Unskilled: Rs. 7214.12
