Can I Transfer My Pension Scheme Certificate to a New Government Job After 9 Years in IT?

Sir/Madam,

I have completed more than 9 years and 6 months in the IT industry. I have withdrawn my EPF amount. However, I am unable to withdraw the EPS amount since I have not completed 10 years. I have now joined a central government job. Is it possible to transfer the Scheme Certificate to my current job? If not, how can I enjoy the benefits of the EPS amount? Your help is appreciated.
