System Requirements for Employee Training

I need a system that could be used by all the employees across PAN India by the sales team. The trainer can upload the training material, which could be used by the ground staff, complete the evaluation, and get the score on a real-time basis. The system should be more customized as and when required. I would like to use it for refresher training, improving the performance of the bottom quartile, need-based training, and visibility to all the BH. It should be able to analyze the performance of the employees pre and post-training.

You need an LMS, also known as a Learning Management Solution. We don't have an LMS solution at HrRoll. I would recommend Moodle.
