When the present employer feeds the data to the Form 11 electronically, it displays the member's name, DOB, DOJ/DOE, previous UAN, and asks to verify the same. Also, it asks to confirm the bank account and PAN/Aadhaar to auto-fill Form 13. However, DOE is absent in most cases as Form 10 submission is often not done by employers under ECR. So, it appears blank, and the present employer has to fill the same based on the physical Form 11 submitted.
