One employee has changed the mobile number after registering with EPF. Now, he is unable to log in to his UAN Member portal as the OTP generated is being sent to a different mobile number. Despite multiple attempts to update the mobile number, the OTP continues to be sent to the old mobile number. I have submitted a query to the UAN help desk, but they have not been able to resolve the issue.
