1. HARD WORK + SMART WORK + SINCERITY + PUTTING IN HEART AND SOUL + A BIT OF LUCK...!
2. Knowledge, Skill, Attitude, and Judgement... Job clarity can only improve your performance. In addition to this, you need to have sufficient infrastructure to execute the job. Secondly, your company culture is also equally important.

All of these are required, but all are very subjective and perception-based. Keys to excellent performance require a well-defined vision, task, and goals. To ensure it, growth should be performance-based.
