I am looking at a model to help us manage labor law compliance in the real estate sector. I work for a developer, and most of our construction is executed through labor contractors. They neither have the bandwidth nor the mindset to comply with labor laws. Consequently, we as a developer end up handling all compliance on their behalf. We operate on various sites where labor frequently changes, making it very difficult to maintain records and ensure compliance. Does anyone have a solution to manage such situations? Are there any case studies that provide insights into solving these problems?
