Automated Software That Can Manage The Employee Onboarding Process

I'm Moses Raj, with 6 years of experience in HR industry, working in a Startup which is growing extremely fast.
My CEO wants me to go with an automated software that can manage the employees onboarding process and increase its speed withput any followup.

Kissflow is not so good i guess.
You can go with other leading cloud players. Everyone has a better onboarding solution.
