Greetings. Could you please tell me where I could source all the amendments made in the Maternity Benefit Act of 1961? If a woman delivered the baby before she could avail maternity leave, can she avail the 12 weeks of leave after delivery?

The recent amendment has not been implemented so far. She can avail the leave only if she had worked with the employer for not less than 80 days in a period of one year before the date of delivery.
