Its really Urgent
Yesterday I recd. the letter from Industrial Area CETP society. They ask under clause (b) of sub section (2) of section 6 of the Delhi Common Effluent Treatment plants Act, 2000, they considered the apportioned cost of 42,826/- for the p/o 31.03.2016-31.03.2017.
1) I want to know that why they charge and how they calculate the said Amount.?
2) what if we not paid the amount ?
and on the other hand I want to tell the situation we recently open the head office of our Tannery M/s Sughra Leather & Exports LLP at there and our Tannery is at Sonipat.
so my last question "is we liable to pay the amount or send them a letter to tell them we are open only head office there.
if yes then kindly draft the letter for me...please/.....
