Leave Rules If Sunday Falls Next To Leave Taken

Dear Community Members,
This is my first post on citehr.
I have a query regarding sandwich rule in leaves.
An employee of my company took a full day leave for Saturday. He joined office on Monday in the second half.
My query is whether his deducted leaves will be of 2 and a half days
or
of 1 and a half days.
Please provide your guidance as soon as possible.

1.5 Days. as sandwich policy will be applicabel if he/she has taken full day leave on another day after 2 holidays

The leave will be 1.5 days only not included Sunday ,Bcoz he/she has joined the organisation on next monday in the second half.

As per your company rule, 1.5 days leave is applicable as per you Sandwich policy.
