Fresher In Payroll Have Been Working In Recruitment

I have 3 yr of recruitment experience. but in my office there is no scope to learn about Any other thing except recruitment. i don't have any idea from where should i start learning.
So please suggest the topic and help me out with the learning information. i am totally fresher for payroll part. but i want to move on from recruitment profile.
