Inter Company Transfer

We are a Group of Companies diversified into various businesses. Every now and then we need to shift employees from one company to another.
Is it possible to do inter company transfer for employees . if yes ,what are the aspects to be taken care while doing such transfer.

If at all those are having separate registrations then that will be difficult. The only option will be completing F&F and later giving appointment letters in other group of companies
