We are a group of companies diversified into various businesses. Every now and then, we need to shift employees from one company to another.

Is it possible to do an inter-company transfer for employees? If yes, what aspects need to be taken care of while doing such a transfer?

If all of those entities have separate registrations, then it will be difficult. The only option would be to complete the F&F process and then issue appointment letters in the other group of companies.
