The trend of labor issues and unrest is changing in our country. Earlier, wage increases, long-term settlements, and inter-union rivalry were the main issues. However, in the last 5 to 10 years, the industrial scenario has completely changed. We have observed that external forces and outsiders are creating nuisances among laborers, trying to showcase their importance, and then negotiating with the employers or management for their vested interests.

Strategies for Addressing Labor Challenges

How can we take corrective and preventative action to avoid such unwanted pressure, minimize or control their negotiation power, and increase the welfare of the workforce? Kindly share your thoughts!
