Please advise on the current minimum wage for the software/IT industry in Telangana as there is no category clearly scheduled. What is the general category and minimum wage currently followed in view of changes in the Payment of Bonus Act calculations.

The IT industry falls under the Shops & Commercial Establishment Act. It is advisable to adhere to the minimum wages specified by the Shops Act only.
