Termination Process for Unproductive Staff
I am new to the HR world and work in a company with a staff of 30 employees. Due to shifting the entire staff to work from home and changes in processes, some of our employees are performing exceptionally well and are enjoying working from home and adapting to the new processes. However, there are some staff members whose productivity is significantly low, and we are considering letting them go.
Please assist me in understanding the complete process of terminating unproductive staff, both with prior notice and without prior notice, to ensure that the company does not encounter any legal issues.
