Need Help Creating a Salary Package with a Minimum Take-Home of 58K-60K – Any Suggestions?

I need some help with the following: I need to prepare a salary package wherein the minimum monthly take-home should be around 58K-60K (incentives not to be included). This means the monthly CTC will be over and above the above-quoted amount.

Can any of the members here assist me with the breakdowns or provide me with a list of how the salary structure can be created (with basic breakdowns)? Does anybody have a format where, if we input the CTC amount, it will automatically generate the bifurcation? Please help.
