The Minimum Wages Act ensures that laborers will receive wages as prescribed by the government from time to time. Under the MWA, you have to file an annual return in Form-III on or before 1st Feb.

In Maharashtra, there is no requirement for returns under the Minimum Wages Act. The requirements are now combined with the Factory Act returns. However, other states will have different requirements. You will need to read the minimum wages rules of your state and check.
