We've compiled a list of 10 attributes that make for a great employee. Any of these traits will help you flourish into a better individual. Let's face it, we have all been around (or have been) someone in a workplace who just doesn't want to be there. You can immediately recognize the traits of disengaged employees just by talking to them in the office for a bit. By definition, disengaged employees are people who don't care for their company and have no intention of helping it grow; they can be quite harmful if they're within your office.
