I have completed my full-time MBA in HR and am currently working as an HR Generalist. However, I am considering further studies. Should I pursue CS, LLB, or something else? Please suggest which option will benefit me the most in the future.
Gather some years of experience before considering higher studies. It will be challenging to secure any openings as HR generalists.
