If the notice period has not expired, you can withdraw your resignation though it was already accepted by your present employer.

You can withdraw your resignation is one option. But for future reference I would like to state that offer letters /relieving letters/promotion letters etc are not to be returned and handled carefully. They are lifelong your companion as part of your CV. You have to preserve them in photocopy/original/scan methods for ready reference as well as display. Please remember it for future.

Dear Krishna,
Your name suggests us answer to all problems. Like is full of struggle, experience and moving forward.Try for another one, its certain that you are going to get better than recent offer which you did not start with.It may be true that client company refrained to place order to this company, else situation might have not tilted averse like that . But you should stop thinking about this, aim and hunt with more preparation a new job. This was not your future, future is some thing great and better obviously looking at you.

Hi, You can talk to your present reporting manager whether they can retain you with some commitments. If no you can fight with the next Company Legally with the issued and accepted offer letter or look for a new job.

One question comes to my mind...... what if after joining of Krishna to the new company this similar situation occurs. Are they going to revoke the appointment letter. Is it not against the ethics.
