How Do You Write a Fun Office Birthday Email? Seeking Ideas for Our New Celebration Policy

Hello Friends,

Could anybody please send me the email format for Birthday celebrations in the office? We are planning to celebrate each employee's birthday at the end of every month. This is the first time we are implementing this new policy. Kindly share the email format.

Cake and snacks will be provided by the company.

1ne Click Employee Engagement Day

As it has already been conveyed, we will have birthday celebrations once a month. We have decided on a particular day to celebrate, named "1ne Click Employee Engagement Day," and the following process will be followed.

- We will celebrate birthdays on the 4th Saturday of every month. The timings for this celebration will be from 4 PM to 6 PM.

- All departments need to wind up their work by 4 PM on every 4th Saturday so that all employees can participate and enjoy.

- We will be sharing moments of joy during these 2 hours, whether related to a birthday, marriage ceremony, marriage anniversary, work anniversary, or any other important occasion in our employees' lives that falls within the particular month.

- 100% participation will be mandatory, and no leaves will be granted on this day.

- We will decide on a theme according to the month's festival, and it will be communicated to all employees with prior notice.
