Please take the new recruit into your department, introduce them to others in the department, allocate a place, explain about the work (J.D)/area/machine to the new recruit, and make them comfortable to adjust and work in the new environment.

Heads of concerned departments shall chalk out their own departmental induction program.
HR Manager/Officer/Assistant
1. Brief them about the company rules and organizational structure.
2. Brief them about standing orders and leave rules (give a copy & obtain acknowledgment and put it in the personal file).
3. Issue appointment order & take acknowledgment on duplicate copy & put it in the personal file.
4. Issue ID card, employee code number, bus pass, canteen coupons, etc.
5. Brief them about travel rules and give a copy.
6. Then they should be taken to the Safety Dept. to learn about safe working and provide safety items.
7. Then take them to their department, discuss with their HOD. The HOD will explain more about their work and supervisors in the department.
8. Provide them with the seat, stationery, PC, tools as required for their duty on the same day if possible.
