Special Allowance For Liquor Industries?

Hi friends, I am Subhash Patil, working as an HR Manager in the Alcohol Industries. The Special Allowance for liquor industries was 3485/- from January 2016 to June 2016. However, now the Special Allowance for liquor industries has been declared as only 962/- for July 2016 to December 2016. This means that 2523/- has been reduced from the D.A. I think this is wrong. Could any expert provide me with the correct information?

Thanks Panduu, I checked the links you provided. I have also adjusted the salary according to the Maharashtra Minimum Wages for January 2016 for my employees in the liquor industry. However, in the newly released Maharashtra Minimum Wages for July 2016, liquor industries are not listed under the category of businesses. Could you please provide some guidance on this matter?

The basic pay has been increased. Please check the gazetted notification issued by the Maharashtra government for the liquor industry.
