Special Allowance For Liquor Industries?

Hi friends, I am subhash patil working as a HR Manager in Alcohol Industries. Special Allowance for liquor industries was 3485/- from jan 2016 to june 2016. But Now Special Allowance for liquor industries has declared only 962/- for July 2016 to dec 2016 . That means 2523/- has reduced D.A. I think , Its wrong. So anyone expert give about right information to me.

Thanks Panduu, I checked your given links. I also given salary as per Maharashtra Minimum Wages January 2016 to my liquor industries employee. But in Newly Maharashtra Minimum Wages July 2016 , Liquor industries has not displayed in the category of business. Please give guidance about it.

The basic pay has been increased. Please check the gazetted notification issued by Maharashtra government for liquor industry.
