Can I Withdraw PF Again for a Flat Purchase After Using It for a Plot? Seeking Advice

Hi Experts,

Please suggest on my below condition:
- I had withdrawn PF some time back for purchasing a plot.
- I am now planning to withdraw PF for purchasing a flat.
- I was told that I can't withdraw for a flat, as I had taken PF money for the plot purchase and can only withdraw PF for constructing a house on the purchased plot.
Can someone please suggest whether I can go ahead and submit the PF withdrawal form to withdraw money for a flat purchase.

Apologies for the inordinate delay in responding. I wasn't active on CiteHR for quite some time. Regarding your query, PF permits withdrawal once during service for the purchase of a plot. Thereafter, you can only seek withdrawal for construction on the same plot. If you intend to purchase a flat, PF will expect your repayment of the withdrawal made earlier for the purchase of the plot with interest. Sorry once again for the delayed response.
