Understanding Factory Act Lighting Rules: How Do You Measure Adequate Lighting?

Please tell me about adequate lighting rules as per the Factory Act. What percentage or formula should be used to measure the lighting in a factory?

In factories, clear guidelines are not given in the factories act/rules, but only the minimum lux level of 22 is mentioned when the building height exceeds 7.5 meters. Lux meters are available in the market to measure lighting levels. The Indian standard 6665 is available for industrial lighting.
