Role Of HR In A Startup

Hi ,
I would like to know what all should be taken care of in a startup company of 25 people . I would like to know about the salary formalities n procedures , and please tell me about EPF and ESI , and is there anything else that needs to be taken care of by law ?

There are multiple discussions in this forum for startups
Once the employee strength reaches 10+ then ESI is Mandatory & if its 20+ then EPF is also mandatory
based on the nature of the organisation you may have to initiate lots of HR activities for start up
