Gratuity Related Information Requested Urgently

Hi we want to start a LIC Group Gratuity Scheme to our employees from their date of joining the job in the organization, I would like to know if it is permitted and if so within how many installments we can pay the amount? Your urgent reply in this regard will be highly appreciated in lieu of URGENT in nature.. I would request my HR friends to respond to my question...Thanks in advance

you can speak to LIC Officers regarding this query instead of posting here. I think there is no installment payment.
