How Do I Professionally Address Staff Misconduct in a Warning Letter?

venugopalmsw@gmail.com
Dear all,

I am working in the retail sector. I wanted to write a warning letter to staff for the following reasons:

1) Arguing with the manager
2) Speaking most of the time while working
3) Not listening to the manager

Please suggest how to mention the above three points professionally.

Dear Venugopalaswamy, you can modify the following suitably.

Warning for Undesirable Behavior

"Certain undesirable behaviors have been brought to our notice. These actions are not part of good conduct as per our company policy/standing orders: disobeying and arguing with the manager, unnecessary talking while working, and not carrying out the manager's instructions. You are hereby warned not to indulge in the above activities, failing which suitable disciplinary action will be taken against you."

Please consider and suitably modify to meet your requirement.

Regards, V.Raghunathan
