Registers To Be Maintained And Returns To Be Sent As Per Factories Act

Please find the attached document pertaining to the basic registers to be maintained and returns to be sent under the Factories Act. There may be slight difference in the rules since I have done it with particular reference to Kerala Rules, but since the principal objective remains the same, there may not be much deviation.
