I completed my Masters in Personnel Management from Pune University in the year 2011. After graduation, due to some family reasons, I did not have the opportunity to work. Currently, I am seeking job opportunities in HR. Could you please guide me on how to proceed after this significant gap? Are there any certifications that are required which could help me secure a good job?
