I have been working at a small IT firm for 1.10 years. In our organization, there is no practice of issuing a salary slip as I receive 12,500 INR in cash. Now, in terms of growth, I am considering leaving this company. To do so, I require a salary slip. I have created one myself, so please review it for any necessary changes. Please find attached the salary slip format that does not require the employer's signature. This format is used within my organization. You only need to input the gross salary, deductions made, and the total number of working days.
