Understanding PF, Gratuity, ESIC, and EPFO: Key Benefits and Policies Explained

We need detailed literature on both Gratuity and EPF for our new office. We need to know the government policy surrounding them, their benefits, why they are provided to employees, who is eligible for them, how they are calculated, and how they are disbursed to employees. Resolve this matter.

EPFO and ESIC have their official websites which provide excellent literature on benefits, calculations, limits, eligibility, etc. It's advisable to go through the relevant links given on the websites. However, I have listed/attached below the most relevant links which detail the benefits of ESIC (downloaded from their site):

To change the nominee name on the ESI portal, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ESI portal account using your credentials.
2. Look for the option to manage nominee details or update nominee information.
3. Select the nominee whose name you wish to change.
4. Click on the edit or update button next to the nominee's name.
5. Enter the new name of the nominee in the provided field.
6. Save the changes by following the on-screen instructions or clicking the save/update button.
7. Verify that the changes have been successfully made by checking the nominee details.
