How Do I Draft a Handover Letter for an Employee Who Left Without Returning Company Property?

Dear Seniors,

Kindly help me in getting a format for company property handover by the employee who has left. He has received his salary and resigned the next day, therefore, there are no pending dues from our side. However, he is required to submit his mobile handset along with the provided accessories.

As he is currently not reachable by phone, please assist me in preparing the necessary format promptly so that we can send a letter to his correspondence address.
