Resignation and Notice Period Challenges
I gave my resignation on 1st July 2016 due to poor health and decided to relocate to my hometown to find a new company nearby. I have a 2-month notice period. During the notice period, I took leave due to health issues, being present for only 10 days in the first month and 3 days in the second month. I transferred knowledge to one employee during this time and informed HR and my manager via email that the knowledge transfer was complete. However, the manager informed me that the employee I transferred knowledge to had been moved to another project and asked me to provide the knowledge transfer to another employee. I have a buyout option for the remaining holidays, but the manager has not released me, insisting that I complete the full 2 months.
As of now, I have stopped going to the company. I have tried to contact HR but have not received a response. What should I do to obtain my experience certificate?
