Career counselling - can i switch to payroll or recruitment?

Hi , Myself Venkat, Kindly Give me suggestion on my doubt, Ive 1.4 yrs Recruitment (E- Sourcing) Experience private insurance company But again i don't want get into recruitment I'm interested in payroll can i switch to payroll or recruitment kindly help me. Im basically from Chennai.

When you have only one and half year experience it is not difficult to change.
If you want a change over to PAY ROLL,
you can certainly apply and look for options.
Please be prepared for the questions that will be asked so that you can do well in the interview.
